Terms of Sale

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy Cook With Confidence or any other course from jenscooks.com.

1. Who we are

JensCooks is run by Jens Ejler Hannibal, a sole trader, at Thorshavnsgade 16, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark.
Email: [email protected]

2. What you're buying

Cook With Confidence is an online cooking course. It includes video lessons, downloadable materials, live Q&A sessions every other week (all recorded), and access to the course community. The full contents are described on the sales page at the time you buy.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in euros. You pay once — it's not a subscription, and nothing renews.

Payment is taken at checkout and handled securely by our course platform, Kajabi, and its payment provider, Stripe. We never see your full card details. You'll get a receipt by email.

4. Your access

Your access starts as soon as your payment goes through.

The lessons are yours for as long as the course exists, including every update we make to it. Everything downloadable — practice recipes, kitchen prompts and the Meal Matrix — is yours to keep whatever happens. If we ever close the course, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand so you can download everything.

Your login is just for you. Please don't share it.

5. Live Q&As and the community

Live Q&As run every other week, and every session is recorded. Now and then we may move or skip a session (for example over holidays); when that happens we'll let you know.

In the community, please be kind and respectful, and don't post adverts or spam. We may remove posts, or remove members who repeatedly break this.

6. Your 30-day money-back guarantee

If within 30 days of buying you don't feel more confident and inspired in the kitchen, email [email protected] and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

We'll refund you to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your email. Your access to the course ends when the refund is made.

This guarantee includes your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Danish consumer law, and gives you more time than the law requires.

7. Health and safety

The course teaches cooking and general nutrition. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace advice from a doctor or dietitian. If you have a health condition, a food allergy or a special diet, check with a professional before changing how you eat.

Cooking involves knives, heat and hot oil — please take care, and always check ingredients for allergens.

8. Copyright

All videos, text, recipes and materials in the course belong to us. You're welcome to use them for your own cooking at home. Please don't copy, share, resell or publish them.

9. Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the course available and accurate, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We're not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

10. Complaints

If something isn't right, email us first at [email protected] and we'll do our best to sort it out.

If we can't agree, consumers can complain to NƦvnenes Hus, MƦglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, through naevneneshus.dk. Price limits and a fee may apply. If you live in another EU country, Forbruger Europa (forbrugereuropa.dk) can help with cross-border complaints.

11. Which law applies

Danish law applies to these terms. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep any protections your own country's law gives you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown here when you bought.
